It is better to eat whole grained and fibrous foods instead of foods that are high in sugar. Staying away from refined carbs and sugar is a good start for a healthy mind and body.

They are also a great choice for your sweet tooth.
One should eat variety of fruits including berries. Berries are rich in antioxidants which are good in boosting the mood.
You should eat 1½ to 2 cups of fruit daily. It is good to start the day with a banana as it gives you energy boost and improves the mood too.
