The more we eat fruits and vegetables, less likely we are going to suffer from depression. Vitamins, minerals and micronutrients are richly found in fruits. They are also a great choice for your sweet tooth.

One should eat variety of fruits including berries. Berries are rich in antioxidants which are good in boosting the mood.

You should eat 1½ to 2 cups of fruit daily. It is good to start the day with a banana as it gives you energy boost and improves the mood too.
