Studies have also shown that coffee has the ability to protect from depression. The results of this study published in Molecular Nutrition & Food Research suggested that 2 cups of coffee a day are sufficient to meet your body’s daily requirement of caffeine.
Depression can be cured or prevented by eating the right type of food. Many foods naturally have mood boosting agents. They keep the brain healthy too.
Processed foods should be avoided. Sugar intake should be minimized for the good health of mind and body.
Foods that are rich in antioxidants, probiotics and omega-3 fatty acids should be consumed for healthy and happy brain. If proper care of diet is taken, you can be prevented from depression.
This is an interesting teaching about healthy foods and am going into action for vegetables n d nuts to stop this depression all the time thank u.
