10. Choose the right time to become pregnant:
For a healthy pregnancy it is necessary to choose the right time to become pregnant. The mothers who have children in early age like before the sixteen years or late in life like after the age of forty have more chances of complications in the pregnancy.
Moreover the women who become pregnant again too soon like less than eighteen months in between births are even more likely to have a preterm child.
Proper time period is required in order to stabilize the body. So choose the right time to become pregnant.
11. Get plenty of sleep:
Take proper sleep during pregnancy at least seven to nine hours. Proper sleep makes you relax and have a good impact on baby’s growth.
It is better to sleep on your left side because it provides proper blood flow to you and your child.
12. Reduce stress:
Stress is not good and has a bad impact on baby’s growth. Be happy and calm. A pregnant lady has to face mood swings, so peaceful environment is must. Spend your time in best way. Don’t be panic and enjoy your pregnancy.
