Ginger is such an effective ingredient especially for the people who are suffered in IBS. It smoothes the digestive tract. It consists of anti- inflammatory compounds called gingerols. Fro inflamed colon it is best.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Yield: 2 servings
- 1/4 inch ginger
- 2 apples, quartered
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon (about 1/8 cup)
1. Chop ginger and apples. Blend them
2. Mix lemon juice and serve
