2. Dark Chocolate
Jen Bruning, RND, is a media spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. When we asked her about her partner who pulls her out from the dragging state, she revealed that it is dark chocolate.

We interviewed another nutritionist and author of Slim Down Now: Shed Pounds and Inches With Pulses-The New Superfood, Cynthia Sass, RD. Her savior is ginger root.
