6. Apple with Almonds
Lisa Jones, RDN, revealed about her instant energy reservoir. It is some almonds with apple. It looks like a strange combination but gives an instant vitality to her.
She says, “An apple with almonds dependably does the trick for me. Another unusual combination was told by another nutritionist, Maureen Callahan, RD. Whenever she feels weary, she uses some almond butter on celery and gets energy instantly to perform her work.
