7. Unpasteurized soft cheeses
In the market cheese of different brands are available. Such unpasteurized soft cheeses are used almost in all type of foods like pizzas, pastas, burgers and other fried food items.
The unpasteurized soft cheeses have a high risk of containing listeria. Listeria simply increase the risk of miscarriage and disturb the menstrual cycle.
8. Deli meat
In the list of processed food deli meat, hot dogs and smoked fish are abruptly used. But such type of meat are vulnerable to listeria contamination. It increases the chance of miscarriage, disturbing the menstrual cycle and production of such hormones that effect ovulation process.
It is better to cook or steam the processed food to kill the bacteria.
9. Raw animal products
Raw animal products are consisted of some bacteria, salmonella or toxoplasmosis that are proved dangerous during the pregnancy. Especially when fetus passes through the placenta, these bacteria can attack and affect the fetus growth.
Seafood, eggs and raw meat should be properly cooked before eating.
