Apple and Raspberry Smoothie

Apple and raspberry, both are my beloved fruits. These fruit gives you lots of benefits when you eat in breakfast or combine them in a blender to make a smoothie. So why you are waiting? Prepare a morning smoothie with apple, yogurt, oats and raspberries. It’s an incredible approach to begin the day and up your favorite fruit consumption.

Serves: 2 Person

INGREDIENTS

2 apples, cored
Frozen raspberries: 150g
Natural yogurt: 150ml
Porridge oats: 2 tbsp
½ lemon, juiced
Milk: 100ml

METHOD

Add all ingredients (apples, raspberries, oats, yogurt and lemon juice) into an electric mixing machine and process until smooth, include 50ml water or milk if it is extremely thick.
