Chicken Alfredo Pasta is an Italian dish named after the chef “Alfredo”. Since its invention to the world in Italy back in 1914, Alfredo pasta has took the hearts and taste buds of food lovers all around the world. And without a doubt, it is famous in every country. Alfredo pasta has its own fan following. It is served with baked ginger or garlic bread piece. General ingredients which are included in this recipe are: fettuccine pasta, butter, cheese, milk, vegetables, mushrooms and chicken. Some people skip the mushrooms. Once you made a creamy sauce then there is nothing to worry about to make it the delicious one.
The key to get creamy pasta is in the making of Alfredo sauce. That is made with the mixture of butter, milk, cream, cheese and herbs especially oregano and black pepper. The important ingredient is Alfredo sauce that makes it different from other pastas. Oregano in Alfredo sauce has many health benefits as it is used in herbal medicines for centuries. People who want to gain weight can have this pasta twice or thrice a week as it is rich in carbohydrates and those who are seeking to lose weight can have this creamy pasta once in a month.
- 1 Tbsp: Butter
- 1 – 2, Chopped: Ginger
- ½ Chopped: Onion
- ½ KG: Chicken Boneless
- 1 Tsp: Butter
- 2 – 3, Sliced: Mushrooms
- 250 Grams: Milk
- 1 Cup: Cream
- To Taste: Salt
- To Taste: Black Pepper
- ½ Tsp: White Pepper
- ½ Tsp: Thyme
- ½ Tsp: Oregano
- 1 Tsp: Chicken Powder
- 4 – 5: Black Olives
- ¼ Bunch, Chopped: Parsley
Now start making chicken alfredo pasta. In a medium size pan over medium-high temperature, soften butter, then include onion and garlic, cook until translucent.
Now add some chicken boneless pieces and cook around eight to ten minutes or till chicken is completely cooked.
Now remove pan from heat and set the chicken separately.
In the same pan over an average heat, liquefy butter and include some mushrooms. Now cook them until the mushrooms start to soften.
Pour within the milk a little bit at a time, stirring nicely in between.
Now include some cream and preserve stirring, until completely combined and sauce starts to thicken.
Now the time to add some white pepper, black pepper, salt, chicken powder, thyme, and oregano, and mixing well to combine.
Now add chicken pieces and mix properly.
Put in some parsley and black olives, and mix nicely.
Now add boiled penne pasta and mix properly until entirely combined.
