This smoothie contains sweetness from ripped banana so make sure that you are using a banana which is well ripped but if it’s still not as sweet as you want then you can add 1-2 tsps. of raw honey or brown sugar. Peanut Butter Banana Greek Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 large overripe bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup original almond milk (or more to thin as desired)
  • 3/4 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Peanut Butter Smoothies for Weight Loss

Directions:

Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until well pureed. Serve immediately.
