INGREDIENTS
- Carrots: 2 Medium Size (peeled and roughly chopped or grated depending on your blender)
- Oranges: 2 (peeled)
- Ginger: 2cm piece (grated)
Oats: 2 tbsp - Ice: 100g
METHOD
Add all the ingredients like orange, ginger, carrots, oats into an electric mixing machine and blend it until smooth. Add some water, around 150ml if it is too dense. Your smoothie is ready now, add it in a glass and enjoy.
