This easy to make smoothie recipe acquires its energetic green color from spinach and mint. This green smoothie includes all healthy ingredients like pineapple, mint, spinach, linseed, oats, cashew nuts and lime juice. This is very healthy smoothie and good for vegetarian.

INGREDIENTS
- Pineapple: 200g, peeled, cored and cut into chunks
- Mint: Few leaves
- Baby Spinach Leaves: 50g
- Oats: 25g
- Linseed: 2 tbsp
- Unroasted cashew nuts: Handful unsalted
- Fresh lime juice, to taste
METHOD
Add all the ingredients in an electric mixing machine with 200ml water and blitz until completely smooth. If it is excessively thick, then include more water (up to 400ml) until you acquire the desired fusion.
