Prawn Curry Recipe

Is sea food one of your favorite dishes? Do you like fusions? All of us have nearly always seen the fried prawns or in some continental dish but do you know that you can make a prawn curry? Curry and prawn together, does it sound like something unusual?

We have brought you a recipe from which you can make this fusion dish called prawn curry and satisfy your cravings for a desi sea food dish.

You need:

  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 kg prawns
  • 3 chopped tomatoes
  • Crushed red chili 1 teaspoon
  • Hot spices ½ tea spoons
  • Chili powder 1 table spoon
  • Crushed coriander seeds ½ teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut milk powder 1 teaspoon
  • Yoghurt half cup
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ tea spoon
  • Fresh coriander to garnish the dish.

Steps to follow:

In a pan, add half of the ½ cup of oil and add the chopped tomatoes in it and sauté it.

In another pan, add the rest of oil and fry the prawns in it and set them aside.

In the tomatoes add the red chilies, garam-masala, powdered chilly, coriander seeds, and coconut milk powder, salt to taste, and stir it really well.

After that add ginger garlic paste and stir again.

To the prepared gravy add the fried prawns.

Add yoghurt and cover the pan with its lid and leave it on slow flame.

After 3-5 minutes, open the dish and stir it well. Serve it in a dish and garnish it with green chilies and coriander at the end. Your prawn curry is ready to be served.
