Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe

You can console a kid with ice cream, you can make a girl happy with it even you can treat anxiety and depress among adults plus an ice cream can make an old one happy and delightful. Strawberries are the best part of the berry family. They hold amazing nutritional benefits along with yummiest ever taste. Rich in antioxidants and essential nutrients like mineral and vitamins, which are important for human body, strawberries are used in a number of dishes. You can make custards, smoothies, fruit delights, snack bars, strawberry cheese cakes, plain cakes with strawberry syrup and ICE CREAMS.

Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe

These tiny little treats taste like heaven when freeze and blended with other ingredients. I tried this recipe myself before I write it here and it turned out to be an amazing treat for me from myself. If you are following some serious diets then this could be the best mouth-watering cheat treat for you. Have a look:

Ingredients:

  • Whole milk: 2 cup
  • Heavy Cream: 2 cups
  • White sugar: 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence: 1 tsp.
  • Strawberries: 2 cups (Freeze and mashed)
  • Almonds to garnish
  • A pinch of salt along with the pinch of pink food colour

Easy Strawberry Ice Cream Bar

Instructions:

1.  Take a bowl and pour all the strawberries in it, mash with fruits masher or with the help of the fork. Put it in the freezer for overnight.

2.  Next Day! Whipped the cream and slowly add sugar and mix well until it thickens now add milk and keep on beating with the beater so that there wouldn’t be any clumps. Add vanilla essence and whisk well.

3.  In a juicer blender, pour milk and cream mixture along with freeze mashed strawberries and a pinch of food colour and blend. Blend until it forms a thick mixture with no clumping.

4.  Pour the mixture in ice cream maker and freeze overnight for best results.

5.  Enjoy in nice plates with almonds sprinkle over it.
